Owners, Jeremy and Katie Godfrey are a dynamic
team who assist in all aspects of the construction
or purchase of your J.S. Godfrey Custom Home.
Jeremy Godfrey, is a licensed General Contractor
in the state of North Carolina and not only builds
speculative homes but also contracts with clients to
build the home of their dreams. Katie is Project
Manager for J.S. Godfrey Custom Homes, having
prior experience in real estate, interior design as
well as lighting design. She is available to answer
questions and guide clients during the building
process to insure beauty and quality.
